Thought for the week
Accept what you can’t change. Change what you can’t accept. Unknown.

We’re all in this together:
Summer has returned,  just as schools restart. Doesn’t seem right, does it?  But it’s a second chance for us.  Often, we overlook second chances, or the choices we can make. Psalm 1 is often called a wisdom psalm because we learn that happiness results from our choice to follow God’s direction of life rather than moving away from him. What way will you go? We all have choices.

The boiler in the hall is close to final expiry so a new one is about to be fitted and the heating system overhauled. It should make the hall warmer in the winter and more economical to heat. The work will be finished in mid September. Pauline Rourke
